Phuket snorkeling, skin diving
Snorkeling- Phuket offers some fantastic snorkeling within easy swimming distance from the shore. Most beaches have a reef on either end of them. Some of the better reefs to snorkel on are Kata Beach and Ao sane close to Nai Harn. Nai Yang up north also has a reef that is very big, although it is very far out and would best be reached by a long tail boat. For the more adventurous, you can go out with one of the dive boats to Racha Yai where most every day trip dive boat goes. The water is crystal clear at Racha and you will see more there then off the beach in Phuket
