Layan Beach nightlife, restaurants, hotels, shopping

Layan Beach- This quiet and virtually unknown beach is just north of Bangtao. Until just a few years ago, there were no accommodations here at all. In the last few years a number of nice resorts have sprung up. There is a nice small island in front of this tiny beach which protects it from the rips and strong current most other west coast facing beaches have.

Places to stay in Layan- Layan has a number of different villa projects. In fact the number of villa projects outnumbers the number of hotels. Some of these projects include The Pavilions Phuket, the Seastone Pool Villas Phuket, the Two Villas Style Layan, and the Absolute At Panta Phuket.

Places to eat in Layan- At the southern end of the beach you will find a friendly restaurant that serves Thai food as well as featuring an outdoor area to enjoy a cold beverage.

Nightlife in Layan- Nightlife? Not here. If you are looking for nightlife than you’ll need to look elsewhere.

Shopping in Layan- The closest shopping to Layan would be at Canal Village in Laguna.
